Once again, both the boys and the girls were put through their paces by the expertise of South Africa's top coaches. After four intense hours of rugby and netball training by The Sharks and the South African netball team's coach, respectively, prospects should be good for matches later on in the tour!
For the remainder of the afternoon, a few leisurely hours, not to mention a few rand, were spent shopping in the largest mall in the Southern Hemisphere - the 'Gateway'. That's one to tick off your bucket list!
Tomorrow: the tournament begins. The girls' U13 and U15 teams will play Northlands High School; the boys will play Westville High.
